Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your WAAMII pieces. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below before submitting a request.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
To start a return, please submit your request through our Returns Center:
Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Please do not send your purchase back without prior approval.
After your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back with valid tracking information within 7 days.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Returns must be sent only to the return address provided after your return request is approved.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- Returned in its original packaging
- Free from perfume, makeup stains, scratches, bending, deformation, damage, or signs of wear
- Returned with proof of purchase or order information
All returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, missing parts, or missing original packaging may be rejected or may only qualify for a partial refund.
Prescription Eyewear Frames
WAAMII eyewear frames are sold as fashion frames without prescription lenses unless otherwise stated.
Due to differences in prescriptions, lens materials, optical lab equipment, and frame design, compatibility may vary. We cannot guarantee that every frame will be suitable for every prescription.
If your optical lab determines that a frame is not suitable for your prescription, unused frames may still be returned according to this policy.
Frames that have been processed, adjusted, damaged, altered, or fitted with lenses are not eligible for return.
Oversized, Bulky or High-Shipping-Cost Products
Some items may require special packaging or oversized shipping due to their size, shape, delicate structure, or destination. This may include, but is not limited to, wide-brim hats, fascinators, large occasion hats, oversized accessories, or other bulky items.
For returns that are not caused by our error or a product defect, we reserve the right to deduct all or part of the original outbound shipping cost from the refund, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.
Special occasion items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Items with signs of wear, makeup marks, perfume, deformation, bending, or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item.
Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping and providing a valid tracking number. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or cannot be tracked.
If we provide a prepaid return label upon request, the label cost may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Original Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges paid by WAAMII are generally non-refundable for returns that are not caused by our error or a defective product.
For orders that qualified for free shipping, WAAMII may still have paid an actual outbound shipping cost. Depending on the product type, shipping cost, return reason, and condition of the returned item, we reserve the right to deduct all or part of the original outbound shipping cost from the refund.
This is especially applicable to oversized, bulky, delicate, or high-shipping-cost products.
Partial Refunds Without Return
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund without requiring the item to be returned. This option is provided solely at WAAMII's discretion and may depend on the product value, return reason, shipping cost, and overall situation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days. Please note that your bank, credit card company, PayPal, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Refunds apply only to eligible items. Shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, return label fees, or other service charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account, PayPal account, or credit card statement again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer support team through the Returns Center or our Contact Us page.
Exchanges
We only replace items for free if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please submit your request through our Returns Center. If additional assistance is required, our customer support team will contact you.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
Customized, Personalized & Made-to-Order Items
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Final Sale Items
Products marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Incorrect Address, Failed Delivery & Refused Packages
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, unclaimed package, or customer refusal may be subject to shipping charges, return shipping fees, and handling costs.
If a package is returned to us for these reasons, any refund or reshipment will be reviewed based on the actual shipping and product condition.
Non-Returnable Situations
We may refuse a return or refund in the following situations:
- The return request is made more than 14 days after order has been delivered to customer
- The item was returned without approval through our Returns Center
- The item has been used, worn, altered, washed, damaged, or is not in original condition
- The item is missing original packaging, accessories, tags, or parts
- The returned package is lost due to shipping without valid tracking information
- The item was customized, personalized, made to order, marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable, unless defective or incorrect due to our error
No Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
